Initial Evaluation

Our physical therapy evaluation is simply the first step in your rehabilitation journey. During this initial consultation, our skilled and experienced physical therapists will thoroughly assess your condition, medical history, and functional abilities to develop a comprehensive understanding of your unique needs. *Required for patients who haven’t been seen in clinic in over 60 days.

Follow Up Visits

Licensed clinicians in physical therapy providing individualized one-on-one care. We are specialists in orthopedics, geriatrics and manual therapy and also have extensive experience with balance, gait, and high level neurological rehabilitation.

*Please schedule an evaluation/consultation with Amy Gremillion first to begin any care as she is the supervising therapist.

Group Fitness: Strength, Flexibility, Balance

These small group sessions will be provided by a physical therapist or physical therapist assistant under our scope of practice to provide health, wellness, and fitness services/programs.

*These classes are for asymptomatic clients who do not need individualized physical therapy services and therefore participation in these programs does not require a referral and can not be billed to insurance.
